Are all item packed in their original Boxes? No, each and every item is listed "Boxed" which means that this item is packed in its original manufacturers Box, or "unboxed" which means the item is loose and does not have a box at all. Please note even when an item is marked "Boxed" there might be slight damage to the box, but the contents are always perfect.
Why do you sell items that are marked not for individual sale? Although 95% of the products we sell are regular retail item's, We do carry some items that are marked with above. What is your return policy? Due to the nature of the items we sell, we cannot accept returns, therefore all sales are final and sold as is. If you receive a different item then which you ordered, or an item arrives defected or not as described, you must contact us right away when your order was delivered, if you don't do so we will not replace or credit you for that item.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
